Tiffany Yao (Bauer)  is a legal practitioner with the Law Society of Ontario and is passionate for criminal and regulatory trial defence law. With over a decade of experience in the legal industry, she is the CEO of Bauer Legal Professional Corporation, representing individuals and corporations facing charges throughout Ontario.

Tiffany’s impressive educational background includes dual legal degrees in which she completed with academic distinction and honors. She also holds a Notary Public appointment and a license from the Law Society of Ontario, ensuring the highest level of professionalism and ethical standards in all her legal work. In addition, she has completed further certification through the York University of Osgoode Hall in Provincial Offences, specializing in driving-related matters.

Prior to establishing Bauer Legal, Tiffany worked with the City of Hamilton and completed internships with the Superior Court Registrar’s Office, Legal Aid Saskatchewan, and the Windsor Essex Bilingual Legal Clinic. She has also been licensed as an insurance broker in Ontario and the Maritimes, bringing a unique perspective to her clients’ legal and insurance needs.
